• The clinic may reschedule or cancel a slot due to clinical urgency, technical failure, or other reasonable cause, and will attempt to notify you.

3. Fees and payments

Consultation fees are shown at booking and are charged in Indian Rupees through our payment partner. Successful payment does not guarantee a particular clinical outcome. Refunds, if any, are handled according to clinic policy and applicable payment-gateway rules. Contact us promptly if a payment error occurs.

4. Website use

You may not misuse the site (including attempting unauthorised access, scraping at a scale that harms the service, or posting unlawful content). We may update pages, fees, hours, and features without prior notice. Patient-education material may be updated or removed at any time.

5. Intellectual property
